- Pressure check to determine system performance
- Remove old refrigerant (if any present)
- Pressure test using oxygen free nitrogen (if no gas present)
- Vac out system to remove moisture and other impurities
- Oil and Dye top-up
- Visually check a/c pipework, pollen filter, compressor belt
- Visually check cooling system (inc. fans & coolant level)
- Re-fill system to manufacturer's specification
- Check system pressures
- Complete written report
